Nitro Casino was co-founded by guitarist Drackie, drummer Private Cupcake and their former bassist in November 2006.
In February 2007, NC recruited guitarist Chorixi and a second bassist.
Later that year both bassists left the band for different reasons.
In January 2008 was actually when Nitro Casino was named.
The band decided their name through a game.
Drackie, Cupcake and Chorixi each wrote 10 random words each on pieces of paper, they then put those words into a bowl, 2 words were pulled out at a time until they had none left.
At the end of the game they decided on Nitro Casino. Casino because that was the brand of Drackie's amp and Nitro because it's an awesome word.
Mid 2008 NC gained lead singer Mikey, and soon recorded their first song This Is A Garage Song.
In January 2009 NC aquired their newest and current bassist Sporky.
NC are currently writing their latest song which is yet to be named.
